
Today the softpower of a country, region, even a local town may follow various ways. The gastronomy is one of them. The following presentation done at the VI International Gastronomy Tourism studies congress, Akrones Thermal SPA, Turkey from the 6-8th October 2022, by Henri Dou and Pierre Fournié, presents a view of the gastronomy to Gastrodiplomay and analyze from the publications done in this field the impact of various countries. The clusters concerning the various countries present can be used to determine the effort of these countries in the field of a "gastrodiplomacy softpower".
